# Nintendo用の実在する電話番号

## Nintendoの電話番号認証の仕組み

ニンテンドーアカウントは電話番号ではなく、メールアドレスで作成します。任天堂は電話番号の登録を、不正アクセスの防止に役立つ追加のセキュリティと位置づけています。パスワードを忘れた場合などに、任天堂がスマホにテキストメッセージを送ることがあり、そのコードを入力すると本人確認ができます。そのため番号は、毎回のサインインよりも主に復旧のために役立ちます。

番号はaccounts.nintendo.comの「サインインとセキュリティの設定」→「電話番号」で登録します。任天堂はまず、パスワードの再入力、パスキーの使用、メールに届いたコードの確認を求めることがあります。その後、国を選び、国番号、スペース、ハイフンを付けずに番号を入力して、テキストメッセージに届いた6桁のコードを入力します。任天堂によると、コードは数分以内に届き、10分で期限が切れます。また、番号はテキストメッセージを受信できるものでなければならないとしています。

利用できるかどうかは、ニンテンドーアカウントの国によります。任天堂の米州向けサポートには、その地域で電話番号の登録ができる国が掲載されており、他の地域のサポートページではドロップダウンに国の一覧が表示されます。自分の国が一覧にない場合は番号を登録できません。固定電話などテキストを受信できない番号は受け付けられず、13歳未満の子どものアカウントにも電話番号は登録できません。メールアドレスが登録されていない13〜17歳の見守り対象アカウントにも、この選択肢は表示されません。

任天堂の2段階認証は別の仕組みで、SMSではなく、Google Authenticatorアプリのコードと10個のバックアップコードを使います。電話番号はその周辺で役立ち、たとえば任天堂の確認メールが届かないときに本人確認をする別の手段になります。メールと電話の両方にアクセスできない場合、任天堂はメールが届かないときの手順を案内するので、少なくともどちらか一方を使える状態にしておくことが大切です。

## SMS Halloの番号でNintendoを認証する方法

- **アカウントの国を確認** — ニンテンドーアカウントの国で電話番号の登録が提供されているか確認し、SMS Halloでその国の実在する携帯電話番号をレンタルします。SMS Halloのウォレットから払うことも、番号の代金を直接払うこともできます。支払い画面には正確な金額、アドレスまたはQRコード、10分間のカウントダウンが表示されるので、選んだネットワークで正確な金額を送金してください。
- **電話番号の設定を開く** — accounts.nintendo.comにサインインし、「サインインとセキュリティの設定」、続いて「電話番号」と「電話番号の設定」を選びます。パソコンでは「電話番号」の項目までスクロールして「変更する」を選びます。
- **本人確認をする** — 任天堂に求められたら、パスワードの再入力、パスキーの使用、メールのコードの入力をします。2段階認証をオンにしている場合は、Google Authenticatorのコードかバックアップコードのいずれかを求められることもあります。
- **番号を入力** — 国を選び、国番号、スペース、ハイフンを付けずに番号を入力して「送信」を選びます。国のドロップダウンは、レンタルしたSMS Halloの番号の国に合わせてください。
- **6桁のコードを入力** — 10分以内にSMS Halloの受信箱からコードをコピーして送信し、番号を自動更新に設定します。電話番号が登録されたと任天堂に表示されたら、「OK」を選んで完了です。

## Nintendoの認証でうまくいかない場合

### 「電話番号」の項目が表示されない

子どものアカウント、一部の見守り対象アカウント、電話番号の登録が提供されていない国のアカウントでは、任天堂はこの項目を表示しません。

### 「Unable to link this number」

国番号、スペース、ハイフンを付けずに番号を入力し直してください。それでも任天堂に拒否される場合は、7日以内の無料交換を使うか、100%返金をリクエストしてください。

### テキストが届かない

数分待って番号を確認してください。何も届かない場合は、7日以内なら無料で交換するか、任天堂で使えなければ返金をリクエストできます。

### コードの有効期限が切れた

任天堂のコードは10分で期限が切れます。新しいコードをリクエストし、すぐに入力してください。

### 自分の国が一覧にない

任天堂は一覧にある国の番号しか受け付けません。他の国の番号では役に立たないので、代わりにメールとGoogle Authenticatorを使ってください。

### メールの確認コードが届かない

任天堂のメールが届かず、電話番号を登録している場合は、「別の方法で本人確認をする」を選び、テキストメッセージの選択肢を選んでください。
