## PlayStationの電話番号認証の仕組み

PlayStationによると、コードの有効期間は10分で、2段階認証は、オンにした後の最初のサインイン時、手動でサインアウトした後、パスワードをリセットするとき、サインインIDやオンラインIDを変更するときに使います。PlayStationは、対応端末では別のサインイン方法としてパスキーも提供しています。

2段階認証の番号にアクセスできなくなっても、10個のバックアップコードのいずれか(各1回限り)でサインインできます。バックアップコードも番号へのアクセスもない場合、PlayStationはオンラインアシスタントからサポートに連絡してアクセスを回復するよう求めます。だからこそ、選ぶ番号は持ち続けられるものにすべきです。バックアップコードをほとんど使ってしまった場合は、2段階認証をいったんオフにしてオンに戻すと、新しいセットが発行されます。
