Crypto payments with USDT and USDC
SMS Hallo accepts USDT and USDC stablecoins on five networks: Tron, BNB Chain (BNB Smart Chain), Polygon, Base and Solana. You can pay directly for a number or top up a prepaid wallet, and the payment window shows the exact amount, the address and a QR code, with a 10-minute countdown.
Why stablecoins
USDT and USDC are stablecoins designed to track the US dollar, so the amount you pay does not swing with crypto prices. They can be sent from most crypto wallets and exchanges in any country, which suits a service used in 181 countries.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Numbers cost from $1.80 per month on the 12-month plan, the same in every country, with no setup fees.
Supported networks
You can pay on Tron, BNB Chain (BNB Smart Chain), Polygon, Base or Solana. Choose the network your wallet or exchange supports, and check the network fee in your wallet before sending.
The token and the network must match what you select in the payment window. For example, USDT sent on Tron must go to the Tron address shown for that payment.
Two ways to pay
Pay directly: choose a number and pay for it straight away. There is no need to top up first. You pick the network inside the payment window, which then shows the exact amount, the address and a QR code.
Pay from your wallet: top up your prepaid SMS Hallo wallet (minimum $5) and use the balance for new numbers and renewals. This is convenient if you rent several numbers or use auto-renew.
The 10-minute payment window
Each payment window runs for 10 minutes. Within that time, send the exact amount shown, on the same network, to the address shown. Sending a different amount, a different token or using another network can delay or prevent the payment being matched.
If you are sending from an exchange, check whether it deducts a withdrawal fee from the amount, so the amount that arrives still matches. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your payment is completed.
Refunds and support
The three guarantees apply however you pay: a free swap within 7 days (up to 3 times), a 100% refund within 7 days if the number does not work with the app you rented it for, and a full refund within 7 days if no call or SMS has been made or received. If a payment has a problem, email support@smshallo.com with the transaction details; replies usually come within a few hours.
