What we collect
- Account data: your email address, optional name and a securely hashed password.
- Service data: the numbers you rent, the SMS messages received and sent on them, call records, wallet top-ups and transactions.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information used for security, abuse prevention and bot protection.
How we use it
- To provide the service: delivering messages to your inbox and managing your rentals and wallet.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data and we do not use your messages for advertising.
Retention
Messages are kept for the duration of your rental and deleted afterwards on a rolling basis. Account and transaction records are kept as long as your account is open and as required by law.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, content delivery and bot protection (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics) and payment processing. They only receive the data needed to perform their service.
